Our full-service planning package ensures a foundation for a stress-free, smooth event. We assist with every logistical detail including expert vendor selection and meetings, tastings, budget creation, contract negotiation, personal styling, event styling, stationery selection and distribution, timeline creation, and more. We will guide and oversee the entire planning process and then be there to coordinate the entire day from set up to tear down. From being your sounding board to sending you down the aisle, we will handle it all.
Consultation and booking
Once we’ve confirmed availability for your date, we will meet up (either virtually or in person) and chat about the details of your event, identify your pain points, and dig into how we can best serve you. After the meeting, you will receive a detailed contract and invoice outlining the services that we will be providing.
A 50% deposit is required to officially book your date. All payments and contracts can be completed electronically!
The planning process
We begin by developing a budget, discussing your ideal aesthetic and timeline and then move to selecting the best vendors for your event! We will work together to create a detailed design plan, layout, and timeline. Every detail will be beautifully and thoughtfully laid out for you according to your vision.
Day of your event
We will be there for you from set up to tear down. We manage all vendor arrivals, field questions, set up and tear down decor, and coordinate your entire day from start to finish. All you have to do is show up and celebrate!

day of coordination pricing starts at
Our day of coordination package ensures the seamless execution of your vision for your big day! We start one month before your event by creating a detailed timeline and contacting all of your vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page. We then manage your rehearsal, vendor arrivals, set up all décor items, coordinate your ceremony and reception, and tear down and pack up decor!
full service design pricing ranges from
$1,100 - $1,700
Once we’ve confirmed availability for your date, we will meet up (either virtually or in person) and chat about the details of your event. We will identify your vision and decor budget, and create a detailed design plan complete with a layout, inspiration photos, specifics about decor, furniture rentals, and floral design as well as vendor suggestions. Once the design plan is approved, we will handle the sourcing and delivery of all decor items and set up and tear down the day of the event.
Pricing range includes labor only, decor costs would be priced out separately.
